Description of problem: Old concrete walls were cracked and leaking. Basement would get several inches of water seeping up through the floor and through wall cracks. Water Seepage from the foundation was damaging everything. This basement could not be finished without permanent water proofing protection.

Finished Basement


Description of problem: Water leakage made basement unusable. Furnace, hot water heater and dryer were all raised up on blocks to stay above the water. Foundation leakage was damaging the foundation.

 

Solution: B-Dry Drainage System installed below floor. Walls sealed with B-Dry Rigid Sealer. B-Dry Rigid Sealer has the unique ability to "bridge" cracks and other defects. Rigid Sealer is the Permanent Solution for wet foundation walls.
