A Finishing Basement Project Starts With A Permanent Waterproofing System


Description of problem: Water leakage made the lower level unusable. Furnace, hot water heater and dryer were all raised up on blocks to stay above the water. Leakage was damaging the foundation. Finishing basement in this area would have resulted in major water damage.

 

Solution: The B-Dry Drainage System installed below floor. Walls were sealed with B-Dry Rigid Sealer. B- Dry Rigid Sealer has the unique ability to "bridge" cracks and other defects. Rigid Sealer is the Permanent Solution for wet basement walls. Finishing basement was now possible.
